Kristina Ellis

Kristina is the Chief of Culture for The Gleason Group. She uses her years of marketing experience and genuine love for people to help us celebrate all the things that make us who we are. Kristina graduated from the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!) with a Degree in Integrated Strategic Communications, or as she puts it “a long-winded way to say Advertising.” Her experience working with ad agencies and running social media for major brands makes her a perfect fit to lead both our marketing efforts and company culture. With her fun-loving and positive attitude, she infuses our online presence with real-life personality to showcase our team and our clients. Kristina spends her free time with her husband Rudy, trying out new recipes she found on Instagram, or spending *way* too much time watching Bravo.
