Maggie Young

Maggie is the Director of Operations for The Gleason Group. With over seven years of experience in audit and compliance, Maggie has a desire to ensure operations are performed according to regulatory standards. She uses her strong attention to detail and problem-solving attitude to identify ways to positively impact our clients’ lives, the overall client experience and the company itself. Maggie is a graduate of the University of Louisville with a degree in Accounting. Her intense organizational skills and ability to work well under pressure allow her to juggle multiple high-priority tasks and ensure each are completed according to the highest standards. Maggie is a loyal and trustworthy individual who strives to make a measurable and impactful difference. A lifelong Louisville resident, Maggie is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin, and finds her greatest joy in their daughter, Blakely. She enjoys UofL sporting events with family and friends, dreaming up her next DIY project, trying new recipes and catching up on the latest episodes of Bravo reality shows.
