Michelle Kilby

Michelle is the Client Operations Specialist here at The Gleason Group and as a CPA she brings with her a strong background in financial accounting, reporting, and audit. She previously worked with a New York based capital management firm and spent eight years with Ernst & Young in their Financial Services practice. Michelle’s unique combination of accounting expertise, operational excellence, and attention to detail elevates the service that we provide to our clients daily. She helps our team manage competing priorities and improve processes while providing consistent, dependable support. She holds an Accounting degree from the University of Louisville and a Master’s degree from the University of Kentucky and though her degrees conflict, her Wildcat blood bleeds blue. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her husband, Nick, and their two children, Harper and Andrew.
