Sakya Schuler

Sakya is our Director of Client Experience and is dedicated to making people feel welcomed, valued, and genuinely excited to work with the team. Sakya keeps day-to-day operations running smoothly while bringing energy, organization, and a people-first approach to every interaction. From planning events to building strong client relationships, her focus is always on making each experience personal and memorable. She brings a positive attitude and the ability to juggle many priorities at once, blending creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail to support everyone she works with. Sakya holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville, a background that proves especially useful when balancing people, priorities, and constant motion. A Louisville resident since 2007, Sakya originally hails from Southern Indiana. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying new restaurants, creating food content, spending time at the races, and hanging out with her son.
